I give you, the Holiday Robot of Funk. Beck’s Hanukkah/Christmas version of “Little Drummer Boy” has been one of my favorite holiday songs since my mom used to put it on her Christmas mixtapes. This song brings back memories of celebrating both Christmas and Hannukah, and the sickly french fry smell of my mom’s blue Chevy Lumina. Merry Christmas, and Happy Hanukkah yall. (@damonjablons)

BORIS WERNER

Earning his stars in the rich nightlife of Amsterdam, Boris has elevated his skills to an international level and earned his place as a member of the notorious Circo Loco party at DC-10 in Ibiza. Together with William Kouam Djoko, he books and plays with great DJs each month at his club night, Late Night Society. In 2005, he started producing with his old friend Lauhaus and currently has releases on Moon Harbour, Remote Area, and Adult Only. All credentials aside, his style is exactly what we we love: rich and funky House music that has been worked out in the best clubs and afterparties around the world.

SERGIO SANTOS

Originally from Portugal, Sergio moved to Boston and brought his love for great House and Techno with him. He soon began playing around town and met up with two guys we know today as Soul Clap, who credit him with guiding them into the sound that eventually blew the f*ck up. Together with frequent collaborator Tanner Ross, they have formed a group called S.E.C.T. that is making some truly wonderful music and playing mindblowing sets whenever their busy touring schedules intersect. Sergio and Tanner have released music on NYC’s Wolf + Lamb Records, Claude Von Stroke’s Dirtybird, Mothership, Airdrop, and Culprit. After seeing him get the morning party zombies moving firsthand at the disgustingly good Sh*t Show event for Detroit’s DEMF festival, we assure you that things will get hot. Down there.
